The Opta Leaders (operated by Opta Consulting Private Limited) provides digital access, downloadable resources, and exclusive community-based services. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are generally not available.
However, under specific circumstances outlined below, refunds may be considered (only when specified for any particular service or membership)

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

Only applicable in the specific cases where refund is explicitly mentioned.

The request is made within 7 (SEVEN) days from the date of purchase.

You have completed at least 50% of the program's core modules or resources and can provide proof of participation (e.g., completion screenshots).

You have actively participated in at least one live session (if applicable) during this period.
Refunds will only be processed upon verification that the above conditions are met.

Important Notes on Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

If the refund request is made after 7 (SEVEN) days from the purchase date.

Failure to meet the minimum participation requirement of 50% program completion.

Claims based on financial constraints, time limitations, or change of mind.

Refunds are not applicable on one-time services, recurring services, or other such limited deals or memberships.

Any reason outside the stated eligibility criteria, subject to the sole discretion of The Opta Leaders team.

Cancellation of Membership
Your membership may be terminated without refund if you are found to engage in:

Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

Copying, reselling, or redistributing program content.

Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

Unprofessional behavior, such as:

Verbal abuse or disrespect toward team members or community members.

Engaging in inappropriate, discriminatory, or unlawful activities within the community or platform.

Violation of Terms of Service, including unauthorized use of services or intellectual property infringement.
